Time for Travel Pro Cancellation and Refund Policy

To ensure the availability of vaccines and appointment times for all patients, payment for private travel vaccinations is required in advance to secure the purchase of the stock.

 

Please note that all fees are non-refundable once payment has been made, as vaccines are ordered, allocated and reserved specifically for each patient.

 

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please inform the clinic as soon as possible. Where possible, appointments may be rearranged subject to availability; however, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, missed appointments, changes of mind, or failure to attend.

 

By making payment and booking an appointment, patients acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
